The Pavilion

The newest addition to the City of Woodway and the Carleen Bright Arboretum, The Pavilion, is a state of the art 10,000 square foot focus of community life. The Pavilion is the premier destination in Central Texas for life's special moments - dinners, receptions, weddings, and small conferences. The barn-inspired building is nestled within a beautiful area of native woodland and meadow, bringing guests in touch with nature. The Pavilion is adjacent to the Arboretum's beloved Whitehall Center with beautiful gardens creating the perfect setting for celebrations in any season and showcasing diverse plants that flourish in Central Texas.

The heart of the Pavilion is the Great Hall, a spacious room flexible enough to accommodate groups and activities of diverse sizes and compositions. Multiple doors welcome the outside in and tempt guests onto a generous covered "front porch" facing the outdoor Gazebo, which is included with the rental.

The Great Hall will support 300 to 350 seated diners or up to 500 in a classroom setting. You will be delighted by our modern caterer's kitchen designed with the assistance of local caterers. The large Foyer may double as a gathering space before the event or during a cocktail hour. Other amenities include a Bridal Room with its own private garden, TV with cable and camera access, and ample restrooms.  The Great Hall is equipped with a built in sound system with Techto ceiling to preserve sound quality.  There is an exclusive parking lot for the Pavilion as well as overflow options.  The catering kitchen has a separate service entrance for your catering or cake vendors to use so as not to interrupt your event.

Rentals of the Pavilion include access to the grounds North of the bridge from 10am until 1am.  There is outside string lighting on both Patios attached to the Great Hall, along the Bridal Path, and at the Gazebo.
